The Pride Lift Chair arrived at my parents' house this afternoon.
It was very easy to put together. I was very impressed with the
whole process from purchase to delivery.

On June 16 I notified you by e-mail that I did not receive the arm covers for my lift chair. On June 19 I received a phone call from Renna explaining that the arm covers were really not standardly provided but since they were listed on your web site, and I wanted them, she said they would be sent to me without charge. I received them yesterday June 22nd. That was fantastic!!! Just wanted to thank you so much for your customer courtesy. I will certainly keep you in mind for any future purchases and will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends.

Our chair was delivered and set up today. It was a Christmas present for my grandmother. She is thrilled. It makes it easy for her to get up now as she was having difficulty and had to be helped up from her old chair. We thank you so very much.

The chair arrived, it came friday. Thank You! My mother seems happy with it. She can even get in it herself, she hates asking for help. Very nice looking chair. This was the first thing I have ordered off the internet, so I was scared I wouldn't get it. So thank you very much!!!!!!!

Wanted to say thanks and write a good note......we always tend to write the bad ones... ......same great Pride product...delivered quicker than I would have expected locally and saves a bunch to boot!
