Delivery carrier will contact the customer to set up a 4-hour delivery window. Customers are required to be available during the assigned delivery window. | Service & Delivery | The delivery guy was very nice however UPS is what delivered the chair and they were very unhelpful to us as we were tring to grt the chair delivered before I came home from the hospital. |
The gentleman on the phone who we ordered the chair from was very helpful. He explained everything to me and Evernote gave us a discount. We called around to get the best price chair and lc101 had it out of everybody else. | |

I am a heavier lady. Four weeks ago, I ordered this chair because of the 11 inches needed for lounge clearance. It is a smaller chair. I like the size. It does move back sometimes when I get up. The seat and the arms need more padding, especially the seat. I use a cushion. The size is great both in width and length. The fabric seems like it will wear well. It has a comfortable back and is comfortable for the head rest. I ordered the heat and massage. They are nice to have and so far have worked fine. I love the height of this chair. It is easier to get up even when not using the lift power. | |

Am very pleased with the chair...felt like I was given encouragement that medicare would pay a portion of the cost, but they refused. Tried three times but failed...I would recommend this chair to a friend, but give them no hope of getting money from medicare. | |
